Green Acres Foundation is governed by a nine member Board of Directors, comprised of three    representatives from the City of Lethbridge, and one each from the County of Lethbridge, the towns of Coaldale, Picture Butte and Coalhurst, and the villages of Barons and Nobleford.  While not a requirement, the majority of Board members are elected officials of the municipality who appointed them.

The Board of Directors are governed by and follow the Alberta Housing Act, its regulations, the Foundation’s Mission Statement  and Statement of Responsibilities and Bylaws.
