Green Acres Foundation strives to maintain facilities that promote a healthy life and provide a great place to live.

• We are committed to ongoing upgrading, modernization and beautification at our various lodges and apartment buildings.

• We continually ensure that our buildings are well maintained, safe, and attractive.

• A Residency and Service Agreement for lodges, Assisted Living lodges and our Enhanced Assisted Living ensures that residents are aware of their responsibilities as well as those of the Foundation.

• A Resident and Family Handbook complements the Agreement and helps to answer questions common to new residents.

• We have an annual recognition ceremony at each of our facilities to honour those residents who have made their home with us for five years or more.
