Welcome to Garden View East, Lethbridge's newest independent living seniors residence. My name is Adrian and I am the manager of the Garden View Seniors Lodge Facility. Along with my kind and caring staff, we offer you the best of independent living in our brand new one-bedroom apartments, plus all the benefits of congregate living including safety, security, and companionship. Continue to enjoy your own culinary delights for breakfast and lunch in your fully-equipped kitchen and then join us daily for supper, prepared in-house from scratch, by our skilled chefs in our modern dining facility. I am confident you will quickly become part of our ever expanding family and never regret your decision to call Garden View home! When the day comes when vacuuming and cooking are not for you, we'll provide three squares a day and do the dusting as well! And by the way, no need to find Rover or Fluffy a new home; they are welcome to join us as well - our east wing is pet friendly for small dogs and cats! Hope to see you soon!

Have you reached the point in your life that you are not quite able to do the housecleaning, cooking, etc. in your own home? Then the best place you could possibly find in Lethbridge is Garden View Lodge. As long-term residents of this facility we feel that it cannot be bettered.

It is convenient and close to two drug stores, clothing outlets and other various stores at Park Place Mall which is just across the mall parking lot. Most stores you would use and banks are all within walking distance.
The staff could not be more accommodating; it would be impossible. Night or day they are within reach to help if you should need it. The facility is always kept so clean and the food is always top quality. As for activities – there is a pool table and a shuffleboard table, and several areas for doing puzzles as well as Wii games and cards. The Foundation also has two buses that go quite often to shopping trips and points of interest.
After living in this fine building for over 15 years we can truly say, as we did shortly after moving in, that “this really feels like home”.
When I was looking for a place to live I chose Garden View because it seemed so friendly. I have lived here for ten years and I enjoy it. The people are nice and the staff are wonderful. I've always got along well with management. I am comfortable here, it is home and just like home I am still free to work in the garden and with the flowers.

I have been a volunteer at Garden View Lodge since November 1999. That was when my father moved to the Lodge. They were looking for a pianist for hymn sign and Dad said “I wonder if you could do that?”. I feel very appreciated for my efforts. Recently, I have been helping with other activities as well as pianist.
