One of the highlights of Seniors’ Week will be the Green Acres Foundation Watermelon Eating Competition. Black Rock Terrace has invited all Green Acres Foundation communities for an afternoon of good food, games, live music, and a friendly watermelon eating competition. Competitors for the competition will include Mayor Blaine Hyggen and residents representing their senior community.
The month of June is filled with activities that reflect the spirit of this celebration.
