Green Acres Foundation is in the planning stage to build a new affordable apartment community for independent seniors in the Crossings neighborhood of West Lethbridge. This project will offer a variety of apartment options to support an independent, maintenance-free lifestyle.

In 2022, Green Acres Foundation purchased 2.11 acres of land at 105 – Carinthia Blvd West. With West Lethbridge being the fastest-growing community and home to the largest population in the city, according to the 2023 Census, expanding into West Lethbridge was a strategic next step and will mark the Foundation’s first project there.

Future residents will enjoy convenient access to nearby amenities including a grocery store, public library, recreation and leisure facility, medical and dental clinics, an outdoor park and pathway network, restaurants, and more.
